How Borer picks, what it does on its own, what it leaves for me, and how it all runs.

These pages are how Borer works, written down. It picks the release for whatever Radarr and Sonarr are missing, the way I'd pick it by hand. If something here doesn't match what Borer does, Borer wins, and I fix the page.
